Listening to Berlin

I’ve been doing a lot of listening to this city (and Potsdam) Traveling to different places to interview interesting people, holding the microphone up to the tram to record the sound of its departure. Listening to the crumbling walls, the river, the trees, the flowers, the wind, the houses where people lived. I’m excited and hopeful about what I’m able to create with the paints and brushes I’ve been gathering in this sound foraging through the Berlin (and beyond !)
